Description: HR Consulting Manager (M&A)We are seeking a talented individual to join our M&A team at Mercer.
This role will be based in Shanghai / Beijing.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to: Deliver HR M&A and Business Transformation strategy and operations assignments, including deal rationale validation, HR compliance review, leadership assessment, integration planning, and project management.
Create deliverables based on project parameters and conduct market studies, data analysis, and feasibility studies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met and feedback is incorporated into project outcomes.
Guide project team analysts to ensure timely delivery of work and achievement of project objectives, while contributing to internal training and knowledge sharing.
Draft project proposals and participate in bidding meetings to secure new business.
What you need to have: Bachelor’s degree or higher.5+ years of experience in a corporate and consulting environment with a strong knowledge of HR.
Strong research and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and project delivery experience.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure, demonstrating teamwork and collaboration.
Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) and willingness to travel and work remotely.

Knowledge in Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance, Labor Law, or Valuation is a plus.
