Assist in or lead the investment process to help Tencent gain exposure to the most compelling content/platform opportunities.；2.

Be involved in every step of the investment process, from origination/sourcing, to evaluation, proposal/presentation, negotiation, execution, ongoing portfolio monitoring and management.；3.

Liaise across the company internally.

Understand where internal business units are headed and facilitate cooperation between them and investees.。 岗位要求 1.

Passionate about Internet and long-term investing globally in content and platform.

；2.4 years+ private equity or investment banking, experience in TMT/Internet sector is preferred；3.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.；4.

High level of integrity, motivation, and self-directedness.；5.

Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills.；6.

Fluency in English and Chinese.。
