Description This role is responsible for providing category management support to the business, including responsibility for strategy and implementation for Media and Agency category, including online and offline Media partners, marketing agencies that will effectively meet the needs of the business and deliver the maximum value for Kenvue China.
This includes business engagement, contracting, sourcing, supplier management, requisition to pay activities, and Procurement strategy & enablement activities.
This role may provide primary Agencies category oversight for medium-to-high complexity (as defined by business risk, total spend, criticality to business, maturity, etc.) or provide general support to marketing Category of greater complexity.

manager scope of responsibilities include: * Business Engagement.
Building strong connections with senior business partners.
Managing the needs and expectations of the Business to drive satisfaction while ensuring compliance to procurement standards and alignment with procurement strategies.
* Category Strategy.
Developing Category strategy and implementation plan for agencies category of spend in China that will effectively meet the needs of the Business and deliver the maximum value.
Ensure Category Strategy is aligned with global and regional strategies and business needs.
* Sourcing.
To reduce total costs of externally purchasing and improve levels of quality, service and value to the Business.
Lead/ support deep dive business needs, conduct industry analysis/benchmarking, identify gaps and unmet needs, then develop / Support (As per applicable) Regional Sourcing Strategy/ initiatives working closely with Global /regional Leads to ensure alignment of procurement activities; be responsible for sourcing strategy implementation.
* Contracting.
Systematically and efficiently managing contract creation, approval, administration and compliance to maximize financial and operational performance and minimize risk.
* Supplier Management.
Managing the interactions with the organizations that supply the services to Kenvue including relationship building, data review and analysis, performance management, development, improvement and innovation.
* Procurement Strategy & Enablement.
Develop and maintain the strategic direction for the Procurement function, ensure alignment to strategic goals and standards, develop and manage our people and effectively manage the enabling tools and technology required across the function.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of the relevant operating companies' franchise products and global procurement best practices.
* Bachelor's degree or above, MBA preferred.
At least 8years in procurement function as expertise.
* Marketing category procurement manage Media and agency experience is must * Understanding of business operations and practices and core Procurement areas of focus * Experienced and knowledge of procurement in FMCG/Pharma industry * Customer Orientation and End to end mindsets with strong collaboration with key stakeholders.
* Strong communication and analytical skill, influence skills * Able to prioritize requests and propose effective cost/customer service alternatives when necessary.
* Ability to continuously improve self to impact the organization.
