Customer Success ManagerDo you love collaborating with teams to better service our key clients?Would you like the opportunity to take ownership for the Customer Success function?About the RoleThe Customer Success Manager (CSM) is a sales position, responsible for Account Relationship and Retention for LexisNexis Risk Solutions products and solutions in an assigned territory or industry-specific vertical.This role will be responsible for identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities of existing customers, working with the Sales and Professional Services Team to bring deal to closure as well as monitoring accounts for renewals for proactive engagement with the Account.About the TeamWe are responsible for the sales revenue of whole LNRS products in Greater China.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for upselling and cross-selling existing accountsIdentify new opportunities for upsellingMonitor accounts for renewalEngage with accounts to limit cancellationsMaintain accounts in CRM in partnership with Sales RepLog appropriate customer contact in CRMConduct customer-specific product demosDirect customers to support as neededProvide customer training in an ad hoc fashion or coordinate with corporate trainers as neededCreate and provide usage reports to customers per agreement with the customerFacilitate document translations as neededLiaise with internal teams to resolve customer issuesAssist customers with Account Payment activities such as completion of Tax Withholding paperwork and basic invoice queriesFor select products only – Perform model calibrations at level 1 to ensure best performance and escalate to Decision Science at level 2 as needed.
