We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will: ·Responsible for the digital operation of online wealth management platform, able to independently plan and execute online publicity, event operation, content writing, promotion, etc.

·Analyze data in depth, discovering business characteristics and user attributes, establishing effective operating methods, improving traffic, retention and conversion ·Build and maintain close relationship with frontline communication team and support to drive digital adoption and nurture digital transaction among distribution.

Take a further step to optimize the change practices where it can flex and adapt to local environment and channel needs.

·Work with a diverse network of stakeholders across technical and business areas, including Digital product manager, Platform Operation, Data Analytics and Frontline, to drive digital changes and fund business development.

·Benchmark the operation strategies of peer companies, analyze operational optimization and business development opportunities Requirements To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements: ·Bachelor degree or above, finance, financial management, marketing, e-commerce and other related majors are preferred.

·More than 5 years proven working experience in related area, experience in fund house or well-known online wealth management companies is preferred, familiar with online operation methods.

Experience in cooperation with frontline is preferred.

Project planning and management experience is preferred.

Experience in cooperation with fund house is preferred.

·Understand the capital market and have sufficient knowledge of fund, fund practitioner qualification is preferred.

Excellent data analysis ability.

·Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders, with the ability to lead and influence.

·Strong learning ability, logical analysis ability, communication and cooperation ability and strong sense of responsibility.

Proficiency in English both verbal and written.
