Streamline NOS BTS and BTO process.
Deep dive and establish new Re ACT model based on biz needs, such as Chase.
Share global Speed list with local business team for range building Provide range feedback to business teams on regular basis to advise the SLT cutoff and ETA Forecast split and submission for Speed articles and follow up on forecast rejection check Work together with GPS and Sourcing team to ensure correct master data setup for China Re Act articles Join the regular Re Act buy review meeting to decide whether trigger the replenishment order Select articles into Trade Meeting in adi Portal and maintain correct size range & SRD PO placement for SLT demand based on SMT approval and monitor the transfer &allocation status PO delivery status tracking to ensure the order availability Provide analysis reports as needed Take lead to make improvement on operation processes for better efficiency Key Relationships: Internal Stakeholders: BUs, M arketing Operations , OMB, Demand Planning, Business Planning, Sales Operation, Order Book Fulfillment, Logistics, Finance External Stakeholders: Global Product Supply, Global Sourcing, Global Speed Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Fast learn ing and be able to perform under pressure Logical Thinking and willing to manage details and data Self-motivated and able to work independently Excellent interpersonal & communication skills Negotiation skills Be proactive to business changes and able to adapt to changes quickly Fluent in oral & written English and Mandarin Strong PC skills (Excel.
