YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to the development of tools, processes and ways of working in co-creation with the groups function and take responsibility for the market implementation of globally developed of tools, processes and ways of working to enable the design, establishment and continuous development of an efficient, effective and end to end multichannel distribution network on the market in strong collaboration with the group function.
Accountable for the creation and maintenance of the Multichannel Network Roadmap on the market consisting of the following business units: market and regional CDCs, market and regional CPUs, fulfilment stores, and Pick up Points
Accountable for organising communication and reporting of progress towards all relevant stakeholders through all stages of the multichannel network project(s) and taking needed actions to secure the readiness of the Customer Fulfilment organisation on market level for implementation of the multichannel network projects.
Responsible for preparing the investment request connected to Customer Fulfilment investments and the investment budget on the market level including securing all required support to market counterparts for successful a preparation of the investment requests.
Accountable for network planning and network design process involving stakeholders from the total customer fulfilment group on the market, global matrix and retail stakeholders.
Responsible for anchoring the fulfilment network design in the total market expansion plan.
Accountable for keeping the total picture of multichannel network projects together and synchronised on the market including capturing ideas from within the company, securing that the development happens in collaboration between all related INGKA functions on the market.
Responsible for creating synergies by enabling common ways of working within the different fulfilment network related projects and make efficient use of common resources within customer fulfilment on the market and globally.
Responsible for the cooperation with key partners on within and outside of retail while contributing with both knowledge and resources to optimal operational and multichannel development, sourcing activities as well as to all matrices, global and market initiatives and competence networks.
Responsible to maintain a strong, collaborative relationship with the group functions, and secure an inspiring and motivating environment where people and talent are continuously developed including long term competence building and succession planning, diversity and inclusion.
