Why Software One?Software One is a global cloud consulting partner that maintains the highest partner status across these hyperscalers, and we are looking for cloud consultants to join our team consulting team.- Microsoft Azure (Gold Partner + Azure Expert MSP)- Amaon Web Service (Premier Services Partner)- Google Cloud Platform (Premier Partner) The role Responsibilities: Make sure MS & 21 V & MV orders are 100% processed on time, respond promptly to the business team within 24 hours, assist in sorting out order situations and details, provide professional compliance advice, and strictly control the compliance process.

Timely reply to Microsoft, 21 V, and Multi-Vendor related emails, continuously learn Microsoft & 21 V& MV's new policies, and update them to business departments.

Comprehensive development of Microsoft, 21 V, and Multi-Vendor operational skills, provide cross-departmental support for orders, manage and control the smooth placement of all orders, and ensure compliance control.

Provide training on compliance and basic operational knowledge to business departments to ensure that new and existing sales and S&C team members are familiar with the basic Microsoft business & compliance process.

Create and utilize an Operation knowledge base for easy learning and reference by business departments.

Do order data record and check & chase the rebate & incentives, cooperate with internal teams such as finance to confirm and track rebate & incentives.

Continuously learn and update MS and 21 V new programs, compliance & control and incentive updated policies, and train the business team (if needed) about the new updated policies at least once a month.

Continuously refine and enhance business capabilities, broaden business operation knowledge, and help other team members to become full-skilled CCOE.

When team members are on vacation, act as backup, process related program orders, and answer corresponding policy and compliance questions.

Complete other tasks assigned by the SOT Director or line leaders.

What we need to see from you Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft and 21 V business operations, with experience in complex and detailed operational work or possessing qualities of diligence, meticulousness, and quick learning ability.

Outstanding communication skills, flexibility, and approachability.

At least 2 years of experience in business operations, order processing, or procurement in the IT industry.

Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work independently with remote support.

Adaptability to handle difficult situations while maintaining a positive attitude.

Strong work ethic, team-oriented, self-starter, high energy, and results-oriented.

High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.

Comfortable in a dynamic environment with evolving business models.

Fluent in spoken and written English.
