Job description: Pursue and surpass budget of revenue and GP for growth Strengthen company’s position in the Global Key Accounts in China for existing and new products Deep engagement with customer’s key stakeholders across all functions at all levels.
Proactively manage the selling agenda with the customer.
Keep close contact with the company’s HQ for reporting and leveraging their expertise to support GKA business in China Co-ordinate all necessary resources to ensure our supply through forecasting and trouble shooting Act as project leader for new product development by working together with marketing, product development, supply chain, quality/regulatory, production, finance and so on Mobilize internal resources and manage team’s project deliverables to ensure innovation hit rate.
Additional related work assigned by the company Qualifications: University degree in food science and related majors 8-10 years related sales experience with key accounts in flavor, food additive, food ingredient and so on Preferred to have knowledge on food technology (quality assurance, product development and so on) Fluent in written and spoken English Our ambitions are bold.
