Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Ensure DTC sales order book and return order book can be processed timely and accurately.
Key Responsibilities: Order book management for own retail channel and e Com.
Make sure all the transactions in system stick to the adidas internal policy and procedures.
Make sure own retail orders for concept stores and factory outlets go through within several systems timely and accurately.
Processing the own retail store and e Com return orders, follow up special request from store are addressed.
Support the special return case from own retail store and e Com.
Follow up outside challenge case from own retail store and e Com, update critical case to supervisor timely.
Handle delivery issue case from store and e Com, provide training to own retail store or e Com staff for any system update.
Answer DTC channels/OMB questions on availability and order status.
Support own retail and e Com specific tasks, understand business request and can escalate or call out for critical issues.

Team player Strong computer skills in Excel, PBI, SAP, Power Point Fluency in both oral and written English Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: College diploma or higher 3 –5 years of order processing, sales administration or customer service experience
