This opportunity is perfect for you if you are driven and passionate about propelling a growing company to success and also well versed with working with local clients in Chinese and able to work within an international global team.  Key Responsibilities: Oversee safe and economic vessel operations.

Implement and monitor compliance with the Company’s Management System.

Manage repairs, dry dockings, and ensure international certification standards.

Control vessel budgets and maintain effective communication with ship owners.

Qualifications: Marine degree with 3+ years' experience, or Chief Engineer’s license with 2+ years sea service, or 2+ years as a Technical Superintendent.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Fluent in Chinese and English.

(Must have both) Strong knowledge of the marine industry and technical aspects of tanker vessels.
