As part of our strategic growth, we are looking for a highly skilled Overseas Channel Management Director to drive our channel strategy, manage regional sales teams, and support business operations across key markets.
Key Responsibilities Support Regional Sales to Achieve Targets (50% weight) Facilitate communication and coordination between regional offices and headquarters to resolve issues related to product supply, logistics, contracts, and financial processes.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in sales within the consumer electronics industry in Europe or the US, with 3+ years in channel management roles, managing companies with annual offline revenue greater than $3 billion.
Establish and Implement Sales Management Systems (30% weight) Develop and enforce sales management systems, including product pricing policies, retail pricing strategies, agent guidelines, contract standards, funds security, channel planning, and price monitoring.
Requirements: Experience in establishing sales targets and performance evaluation metrics, managing quarterly reviews, and working with finance to build company-level operational dashboards.
Drive Incremental Sales Growth in Regions (20% weight) Manage resources and human capital to generate incremental sales and profits in regional markets.
Requirements: Experience in leading and mentoring 10+ GTM/channel sales professionals, with a history of successful client negotiations and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications & Skills Hard Skills and Experience 6+ years of experience in sales, transitioning into channel management, within the consumer electronics or technology industry.
Minimum 6 years of management experience, including leading teams of 10+ professionals in core business functions.
Experience managing North American sales teams and working with cross-cultural teams.
Soft Skills Strong goal orientation, resilience, and service-focused mindset.
Excellent coordination, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and deliver results.
Proven ability to create and enforce strong sales management policies and ensure consistent implementation across regions.

Familiarity with North American markets and multicultural work environments.

Experience managing channel sales in the $1 B+ revenue range, with a focus on rapidly growing markets like North America and Europe.
Proven success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth through strategic channel management.
