Purpose: Lead EMS supply chain operations to ensure EMS delivery performance, global supply chain risk mitigation and drive global demand, supply & inventory transparency to create efficient EMS supply chain models.
Serve as primary interface between KONE and the EMS providers on supply chain activities.
Key Responsibilities: -Drive and report on EMS supply chain performance, to develop EMS supply chain & risk mitigation strategy.
Manage EMS delivery operations, including demand vs.
supply performance, global rebalancing of inventory & relevant resources to ensure efficiency and cost effective solution to secure supply chain resilience and fast reaction to changes.
-Co-work with EMS procurement team and Kone plants to deploy EMS sourcing & supply chain programs.
-Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, SQM, operations and finance teams to ensure product implementation and ramp up success.
-Collaborate with Semiconductor sourcing team and EMS suppliers to establish seamless full chain tier 2 components supply chain, process optimization and effectiveness.
-Contribute to strong EMS procurement and data base construction.
Required Skills and Experience: Experience - 7+ years supply chain experience, with at least 3 years in EMS roles.
Skills - Strong demand planning & supply chain management skills, supply chain project management skills.
Competencies - Strategic & logic thinking, attention to detail and manage complexity.
Education - Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business or engineering.
Technical Knowledge -Familiar with EMS processes, cost structures and supply chain, electronics component & industry knowledge base.
