Responsibilities and Accountabilities Develop and implement project channel branding strategies.

Develop and execute the marketing strategy of the brand in new channel markets such as partner distributors, retail, or e-commerce to expand the brand influence.

Develop brand promotion plan and manage the partners according to the overall strategy.

Analyze market and industry trends and competitors in time to develop brand strategy.

Responsible for the implementation of marketing activities Responsible for setting annual brand activity planning and management of new channel markets such as cooperative dealers, retail, and e-commerce.

Responsible for internal and external product training and management of cooperative dealers, retail and e-commerce projects Project marketing activity budget and management Develop campaign budget and expense management according to strategy.

Evaluate the effectiveness of the campaign implementation and be accountable for the business results.

Responsible for marketing training meetings and promotion projects Communicate and collaborate with different departments.

Develop brand related promotional materials and internal training materials.

Responsible for external client meetings on marketing activities Establish good communication and collaboration relationship with cross-department.

Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, medical specialty Skills: Be able to communicate in English for daily work.

Familiar with marketing expertise, with insight into the market, customers, and competitors.

Excellent communication skills, ability to formulate strategies and plan operations/markets.

Strong information gathering ability, analysis and judgment ability and interpersonal communication skills.

Work Experience: 10+ years working experience in pharmaceutical industry in foreign company.

Multi-category business experience and business management experience related to oncology is preferred.
