Job Description Optimize training system and training procedure.
Collect and analyze the training needs from department and make the annual training plan.
Organize all training and manage the entire training progress, including training preparation, training execution, training results evaluation, etc.
Manage training records and materials.
Conduct orientation training and other kinds of training as internal trainer.
Build up and manage the internal trainers’ team.
Support on associate development topics and leadership activities.
Support on ISO, HSE, AEO and other relevant audits.
Support other human resource function and administration related task, employee time data, working injury case, employee files and visa for all employees etc.
Other tasks assigned by target manager.
Qualifications 3-5 years working experience.
Experience in multinational manufacturing company is preferential.
Good communication and organization skill.
Proficient in MS office.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Ability to work independently as well as a team player.
