About this Position

    Repair & Maintenance (VRM) customers around the world.  Our OES KAM’s are a vital part of our team,
    providing innovative solutions to our customers and building a partnership
    network every day as part of a flexible and diverse team. 

What you´ll do

  • Lead target accounts to scale our strategic hero applications and leverage our CSF’s (Critical Success Factors) to achieve forecasted growth expectations – monitor, review and report on execution progress.
  • Develop scaling roadmap to transfer opportunities in the country for the Target Accounts.
  • Visit customers (digitally or physically), solve problems and create new business opportunities (ACE) with our value-added solutions.
  • Offer a proactive and consultative approach to exploring needs and finding innovative solutions for customers with the support of our expert teams (AE/PD/Inno.), especially in the vehicle transformation from ICE to e-Mobility.
  • Represent the values of the company thinking in a broad and agile way.
  • Manage and own customer forecast.
  • Collaborate internally with all functions to deliver an excellent customer experience while driving sustainable growth. In particular, working with our AMO & AMC partners to unlock additional revenue from our Henkel value chain.
  • Cultivate and grow customers by strong key account management. Build a network of relationships at the customer to demonstrate our innovative solution-dri.ven know how and become their partner of choice.
  • Employ best practice selling model to efficiently manage your time and customer engagement to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Use CRM and IT tools to manage your new business opportunity pipeline.

What makes you a good fit

  • Preferable years of total Experience: 10+, years’ experience in KAM Sales: 5+, also welcome junior candidates with potential.
  • Local language & English Language.
  • Inquisitive and collaborative mindset.
  • Convincing & Influencing skills.
  • Ability to self-manage time and prioritize workload.
  • Process thinking and solutions-oriented problem solver.
  • Confident presenting in a group.
  • Self-motivated.
