Key Accountabilities:Launch activity kickoff when project Gate 3c. Establish the launch scope and initial plan, define and gain essential resources.Establish and lead the regular launch review with team members, keep the progress under tracking over whole launch activity.Lead and track all the issues resolve by each launch team member. Identify and coordinate any resources which is outside of launch team or organization.Report the launch status to managers’ organization.Ensure smooth launch activity transfer from launch phase to Production.Assist to develop a fundamental lean manufacturing system that provides for continuous improvement, emphasizing defect prevention and the reduction of wasteAssist to conduct and track annual continuous improvement planQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above.Minimum 5-8 years of job experience in an industrial environment.Minimum 2-3 years of project or manufacturing-related experience.
