Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the university and careers counselling team.

- Ensure students are equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed in their future endeavours.

Qualifications and Experience: - Relevant qualification in university & careers counselling with at least 5 years’ experience in a secondary school setting.

- Expertise in international university admissions processes, including US, UK, European, Singapore, Hong Kong, Canadian, and Australian systems.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Classroom and curriculum development experience to lead robust university and career programming.

-   Experience with university admissions testing for US and UK admissions, including serving as test site supervisor for ACT/SAT.  - Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
