As Customer Support Applications Engineer (CAE) providing Technical Consulting and Design Support for USB Type C and PD solutions to Infineon customers.Job Description
In your new role you will:
Provide technical consulting for USB Type C and PD products and solutions applications to customers Help customers debug/develop applications using Infineon products Work cross functionally with Marketing, HW/SW development, and chip/solution design teams in supporting customers, collect IP/product/application requirements in the related area, by communicating with customers and internal teams Support and create product easy-to-use collaterals ( ref. design, knowledge articles, application notes) Prepare and deliver product/application training to peers and end customers Focus on innovative, scalable methods to make customers self-sufficient 在客户评估和开发阶段向客户提供有关英飞凌USB Type-C and PD 技术咨询 根据客户应用要求，为客户提供电路和应用系统分析，为客户提供系统设计调试及开发服务 与营销、硬件/软件开发和芯片/解决方案设计团队跨职能合作支持客户，通过与客户和内部团队沟通，收集相关领域的IP/产品/应用需求。 支持并创建易于使用的产品技术资料（例如参考设计、知识文章、应用笔记等） 准备并向同行和最终客户提供产品/解决方案培训 专注于创新、可扩展的方法，使客户独立使用英飞凌产品 Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical/Electronic Engineering Solid knowledge of embedded systems, and USB Type-C PD related semiconductor products Be familiar with embedded system hardware and software development including schematic, PCB layout, and debug & build, strong problem-solving skills from system level Good knowledge and skills on common serial interface(I2 C/SPI/UART/USB), experience on USB Type-C and Power Deliverywill be an advantage Customer-orientated mindset, great interest in interacting with various customer engineers Interest and ability to learn new technologies very quickly Good communications skills, both written and verbal in English and Mandarin 本科或以上学历，电气/电子/自动化工程相关专业 熟悉嵌入式系统及与USB Type-C PD相关的半导体产品及应用 熟悉嵌入式系统开发，包括原理图、PCB布局、代码调试和构建，具有较强的系统级问题解决能力 熟悉常见的串口通信协议（I2 C/SPI/UAR/USB），良好的嵌入式系统编程调试能力，有USB Type-C PD调试经验者优先 以客户为导向的思维方式，对与各种客户工程师的互动工作非常感兴趣 快速学习新技术的兴趣和能力 良好的英语和普通话的书面和口头沟通能力 Coaching, mentoring networking possibilities Wide range of training offers & planning of career development International assignments Different career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual Contributor Flexible working conditions Medical coverage On-site social counselling and works doctor, in Wuxi only.
