MAHLE Lifecycle and Mobility is the business unit specializing in spare parts and services for the aftermarket. It uses the expertise from original equipment series production for its established product range and additional competence in electrification and digitalization and supplies partners in the trade, workshops, and engine repair shops. The products developed by the MAHLE Service Solutions business segment for workshop equipment, as well as comprehensive services and individual training offers, complete the portfolio.
Your Contribution:
Develop product portfolio and manage Product Lifecycle for the assigned Portfolio Expansion groups across the region Asia/Pacific. Support the Asia/Pacific organization and entities with developing a product portfolio to ensure profitable growth and customer satisfaction.
Lead of Product Expansion such as Turbocharger, Gaskets, Engine Mounts, Brake Pads and other parts transferred from MPP group to MPX group
To initiate, organize plan, manage Product Expansion (other than MAHLE existing portfolio) development and related strategy of assigned Portfolio Expansion products
To plan program of Product range in prioritize basis which aligned as per company direction - Coordinate technical support between manufacturing party and customer
Product Life Cycle Management including manage PDP with suppliers to assure a benchmark Time-to-Market product introduction by monitor the new vehicles/engines introduced into the various, relevant markets
Regular / irregular reporting as per required
Assure the standard process in SAP and analyze the resulting data
Use of sophisticated business intelligence tools internal / external
Manage the assigned product groups to fulfill the given coverage and profitability targets
Develop product specifications to fulfil the customer and market requirements
Manage PPAP process for product approval and release
Regularly verify product portfolio cross references
Manage Material Master Data in relevant SAP and MAPIM systems and ensure necessary data quality
Your Experience & Qualification: Bachelor degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or equal
Product Management experience, especially for Engine parts
Experience within Automotive Industry (Independent Aftermarket preferred)
Experience in Engine Parts, Turbocharger, Gaskets, Brake parts are preferred
Good understanding of IT Tools (SAP, Excel, Power Point, Databases)
Fluent in English, for both writing and speaking
