A Snapshot of Your DayAnalyze logistics frame conditions such as import/export transport, customer contracts, and certificates. Coordinate closely with the ECC department to request and summarize commodity codes and clearance documents. Prepare commercial invoices and other documents for customs clearance, working closely with internal colleagues. Facilitate communication between vendors, project managers, and customers to ensure smooth delivery and logistics arrangements.
How You’ll Make an ImpactAnalyze logistics frame conditions (import and export transport, customer contract, certificates, dangerous goods etc.)Request for summarized commodity codes/HS code/import license relative document of clearance ,coordinate with ECC department closely. Prepare documents accompanying the goods commercial invoice to coordinate internal colleague for customs clearance of import & export.Good communication skill among vendors, PM. Offshore and end customer. facilitate PMs in handling over the goods from vendors to customer smoothly well coordination for onshore and offshore equipment delivery/logistic arrangement. Define project logistics risk and mitigation measures, definition of transport times and mode of transport to optimize cost reduction and operational possibility.Development of a Logistics-concept (rough) incl. feasibility study if necessary.Preparation of Logistics-Concept (detail) incl. technical and commercial specification, shipping and mode of transport.Export and L/C (Letter of Credit) conform documentation.What You Bring Relevant experience on forwarding and heavy lift transportation experience on Gas Turbine, Generator related knowledge of project management principles and practices preferredMore than 5 years/ experience in international freight forwarding industry, which includes at least of 3 years specialized in Project industry. Bachelor's degree with relevant majorGood knowledge of CIQ, customary terms and international commercial terms (Incoterms)Bilingual highly desired (Written and Verbal in English)Microsoft Word, Excel, PPTPlanning and organizational skills
