Job Description Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Kindergarten Principal to lead their institution in Futian, Shenzhen.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kindergarten operations, including educational programs, safety, logistics, and emergency incident response.

In this leadership role, you will also be tasked with cultivating a positive corporate culture, managing staff performance, and organizing team-building and training activities.

Foster the kindergarten's corporate culture by assessing staff performance, understanding employee sentiments, and organizing training and team-building initiatives.

Develop and implement annual and term staffing plans to ensure the kindergarten is adequately staffed.

Supervise, review, and improve operational management SOPs to enhance service quality, teaching standards, and overall management.

Guide and inspect daily activities to ensure objectives are met and issues are addressed.

Conduct regular meetings to review tasks, assign responsibilities, and provide feedback to staff.

Collaborate with the corporate group on curriculum development, textbook selection, and teaching plans, as well as participate in seminars.

Maintain positive relationships with parents, addressing their feedback and needs in a timely manner.

Perform other tasks as assigned by company leadership.

主要职责： 监督幼儿园所有运营事务，确保教育项目、安全措施、后勤管理和家长互动的顺利进行。 通过评估员工绩效、理解员工情绪并组织培训和团队建设活动，培养幼儿园的企业文化。 制定并实施年度和学期的人员配置计划，确保幼儿园人员充足。 监督、审查并改进运营管理标准作业程序（ SOP ），提高服务质量、教学标准和整体管理水平。 指导并检查日常管理活动，确保目标的实现，并及时解决问题。 定期召开会议，回顾工作任务、分配责任并向员工提供反馈。 与公司合作进行课程开发、教材选择和教学计划制定，并参与相关研讨会。 维护与家长的良好关系，及时回应家长的反馈和需求。 执行公司领导分配的其他任务。 Requirements Job Requirements:   A passion for early childhood education and working with children, with at least 5 years of management experience in reputable international kindergartens.

A Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Early Childhood Education.

Strong operational management skills and a deep understanding of educational philosophy in a kindergarten setting.

Experience educating children of various age groups, with knowledge of child psychology and team management.

Ability to handle home-school communication, manage parent interactions, resolve complaints, and respond to emergency situations effectively.

Familiarity with current trends in the education sector, both domestically and internationally, along with knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in early childhood education.

Excellent organizational, coordination, leadership, and communication skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to the role.
