Job Summary

:
• To lead a team of engineers to develop new products and ensure that they are manufactured in accordance with quality standards.
• Work closely with other departments such as marketing, sales, and production to ensure that product requirements are met.
• Provide technical support to customers when needed.

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop new products based on customer specifications or internal needs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyze costs to determine if proposed projects can be implemented within budget constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential issues during development stages and propose solutions accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations throughout the entire process from design through testing phases.
• Assist in troubleshooting problems encountered during manufacturing stage.
• Perform tests on finished products to verify their performance against specified parameters.
• Document all stages of product development including test results for future reference purposes.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field preferred.
• At least five years of experience working in a similar role required.
• Strong knowledge of materials science and manufacturing processes essential.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal necessary.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications preferred but not mandatory.
