Job Responsibilities Formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s portfolio Pursuing potential manufacturing tenants.

Securing new tenancies and liaising with property agents, working with local government’s marketing department and association to expand tenants’ network; Identifying market segments and prospects Set appropriate tenant mix, devise and implement effective marketing plans and control related expenses to maximize Net Operating Income of asset; Involving in lease and marketing management Other job responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor Job Requirements Degree holder in Estate Management/Building/Business Administration (Marketing) or its equivalent At least 8 years’ relevant experience in BD/ marketing and leasing Good command of verbal and written English Excellent interpersonal skills Having a sound understanding of the real estate industry and an extensive network of contacts Other key attributes include good teamwork, strong initiative and great independence in working in a fast-paced environment.
