It is set up for testing in new energy vehicles technology, powertrain, battery and chassis, emission, and in-vehicle air quality, for adaptation of local and imported products to market specific and to global requirements.

We, as the Drive System Testing Team are searching for an e Mission lab engineer taking care of below tasks:· Daily operation of the e Mission test labs like emission dyno, SHED and VOC chamber in shift operation work model.· Leading emission tests for development and pre-homologation and ensure they follow the legislation procedures like WLTP.· Ensure that all tests are correctly conducted with designed parameters and test cycles according to customer requirements.

· Evaluation, plausibility checks and interpretation of test results, failure analysis and diagnostics.

· Support the Team in coordination tasks like demand planning, capacity, resource and EHS management.· Cooperating with German counterparts, maintenance engineers, facility team, and suppliers to ensure a stable operation and a good lab utilization.· Support QM-Audit Task and create documentation if needed e.g.

work instructions, operation manuals, test reports, calibration, and maintenance records.· Elaborate new testing concepts and implement new testing technologies according to new projects and legislations.

Ensure state-of-the-art technology and expertise.

(e.g. EU7/CN7/US…)· Monitor the daily, monthly, and yearly checks and ensure a proper test and lab documentation.

Qualifikationen Qualifications - what you bring on the table: Education:· University degree or equal technical education for automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, or related engineering background· Educational or assignments abroad is preferred.

Experience:· 5 years laboratory operation experience or above on requested technical field is preferred.· Extended experienced in (emission) test lab planning, test equipment installation and commissioning.· Familiar with accreditation like CNAS / ISO / ISO1.

Specific Knowledge:· Familiar with e Mission test bench automation systems, e.g.

TOM, AVL VECON, K&S Tornado, etc.· knowledge of application tools and software like INCA, DTS-9, Vector, CANoe.· Basic knowledge of automotive, key drive systems and emission control systems.· Strong problem-solving abilities for lab equipment.· Self-responsible working attitude and initiative, willingness for continuous improvement.· Intercultural competence and communication skills preferred.

Very good English skills in reading, writing and speaking.
