Key tasks& Responsibilities Product management: Review the product receipt and inspection record from 3 PL and shipment documents from SNORelease HA import test sample or contract test samples; Product disposition for the local market.

Guide and monitor the quality management of steps: purchase, storage, maintenance, sale, return, transportation etc.

Product quality file management.

Inspection Plan management Distribution managemet: Temperature excusion evaluation Primary transportation TXE deviation reporting and handling.

Monitoring the Primary transportation damage trend.

Shipping routes validation.3 PL management and KPI review.

Handle daily 3 PL operation issues timely.​​​​​​​QC test supporting QC retesting material management.

Communication of technical problems during QC testing with HA lab and Manufacture site.​​​​​​​Others Establish and update quality operation related SOP/WI.

Product recall management and organize mock recall; Drug Annual report management.

Deviation management WHO YOU ARE Education /Languages: Bachelor’s degree or above in medical / clinical examination, pharmacy, biology or related file.

Good English skill at listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Licensed Pharmacist is preferred; Professional & Technical skills: At least 3 years working experiences in quality management.

Experience of working in QA/QC area in multinational companies is preferre.

Fluent in SAP is preferred.

Good MS office software skills (Excel, Word, Power Automate, etc.)​​​​​​​Additional requirement: Good communication skills.

Teamwork and coordinate in cross-functions
