Job Description1 Education of the TGA(双元制工业技术培训) apprentices related to Bosch and AHK（德国工商会技能认证考试） standards-Teaching basic mechanic;-Check and summarize the status of training plan implementation, make sure the training complying with the plan;-Keep TGA training equipment in good working condition;-Apprentice preparation for semi/final exam AHK;-Support to develop technical course, to design training process and plan, & ensure the training quality;-Training courses CIP2 TGA apprentice management- Serve as the homeroom teacher for an apprentice class;-Responsible for the daily management of apprentices(daily communication and following);-Supporting to CIP of apprentice’s management3 Junior workshop operation and management- Undertake equipment renovation or non-standard equipment manufacturing projects from MSE or other department Qualifications Bachelor of mechanics2 years or above working in manufacturing area Strong communication & Co-operation capability Skilled in English reading & writing Additional Information Internal Referral bonus of this vacancy: RMB 3,000 (Valid only for Bosch associates).
