Process Development leader will be responsible to develop and/or optimize manufacturing processes in manufacturing environment; - Coordinate design requirements with appropriate team; - Be the main developer to investigate equipment or new materials for development of new processes -Run tests and evaluate data to determine optimal process or material selection.

- Technical assistance; - Create workflow the standards for the new processes; - Regular report to direct manager.

  Qualifications WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU 职位要求: - Bachelor’s degree in mechanical and electrical background or related industries; - Must have knowledge with related product ,process, mechanical and electrical control ; - 8 years of manufacturing experience at least, have sucessful cases for new process deveopment; - Good communication skill ,be able to communicate well in English is preferred; - Good skills in MS Office such as Word, Excel, Power Point, and operation system; - Should qualify with Lean , Six Sigma and manufacturing 4.0 knowledge, project handling exp.

in this area is preferred.

- Have C# and Java knowledge is preferred.

- Good visional thinking, integrity, strong sense of teamwork, good communication skills, open mind, aggressive, optimistic, Analyze Problems/Issues, Drive for Innovation, can work under big pressure.
