Summary: Daily import/export custom clearance operation to ensure the goods and equipments are imported and exported timely, and legally to meet Division's requirement and manage logbook to ensure the balance of bonded import and export to alliance with customs and other government requirement.

Continue to improve forwarders performance to ensure high level logistics service at lowest cost.

Essential Functions: 1.

Work closely with planning, purchasing, customer service and warehouse to support import and export requirements with providing efficient logistic solutions.

25% 2. Familiar with normal trade and bonded import & export compliance policies and conduct declaration accurately based on requirements.

25% 3. Regular work on and verify import & export data for logbook write-off data according to specific instructions.

10% 4. Work with Freight Forwarder operation team to meet delivery goals.

10% 5. Work with EHS team to ensure safety related requirements are solid executed in import and export management.

10% 6. Continue to improve import & export daily process efficiency.

10% 7. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

10% Qualifications: 1)Bachelor's degree.

2)5 years' experience in manufacturing enterprise and at least 3 years' experience on import & Export related jobs.

3)Good communication and negotiation skills.

4)Good written English.

5)High accountability and good team spirit.

2)International trade background.

3)Experience of project management, logbook management or chemical import & Export.
