Summary:
This role is responsible for supporting the commercialization of advanced antenna material opportunities. Lead internal development activities focused on delivering differentiated, materials enabled solutions.
Essential Functions:
Qualifications:
A Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in electromagnetics and 2+ years of industry experience.
Experience with the design, fabrication and testing of 2 D/3 D Antennas, preferably at mm Wave frequencies.
Experience with the design of microwave circuits using specialty PCB materials, preferably at mm Wave frequencies.
Superb written and verbal communications skills.
Proficiency with Ansys HFSS simulation.
Proficiency with Mat Lab coding.
Proficiency with RF design optimizations.
Entrepreneurial spirit and drive for rapid results.
Preferred
Ph. D. in electromagnetics, with experience in antenna design at mm Wave frequencies.Experience in novel techniques for design acceleration – genetic algorithms, artificial intelligence, etc.
Experience with designs of material-based antennas and devices.
Patents or published literature is a plus
Knowledge of antenna testing, RF device testing and Network analyzer equipment.
