As the Digital Sales and Marketing Manager in China, you will help shape the future of sales and marketing in manufacturing.

In this role, you will help develop digital sales and marketing strategies and lead efforts to get the most out of our digital platforms.

You'll design, develop, and put in place a digital system adopted for China.

Your responsibilities cover a range of digital tools like Marketing Automation, Wechat, Miniapps, Sales Force, PIM, E-com, Digital Marketing, and CPQ.

You'll support all business lines in ITBA, report to the GM of China, and collaborate closely with the central Digital Sales and Marketing team.

Your work will be crucial in our Customer Center of the Future program, integrating digital technology into every aspect of our organization.

It's time to move forward, managing the transformation and adoption of new capabilities in China.

You'll have the chance to join our skilled team and make a real impact on all business lines within ITBA.

You'll gain and share knowledge on best practices in digital sales and marketing, as well as how to optimize and organize it for the future.

Responsibilities: Develop the overall Digital Sales and Marketing strategy and processes for China.

Assess and analyze the performance of the Sales funnel and various digital platforms.

Act as a senior point of contact for business lines.

Define and prioritize the roadmap for digital platform development with the business.

Manage overall budgets and business cases.

Set up and monitor KPIs.

Understand customer expectations and market changes related to digital touchpoints in China.

Oversee compliance and regulatory requirements for digital platforms.

Act as a change manager within the organization.

Ensure transformation across capabilities and platforms, adapting messages and requirements to local needs. To succeed, you will need Experience required: Proven leadership skills, with a track record of improving organization performance, nurturing talent, and fostering continuous improvement.

Ability to build strong partnerships with senior Business stakeholders, translating their needs into practical technology solutions.

Deep expertise in Sales, Marketing, Order Management, Service Management, and After Sales in an industrial manufacturing/high-tech industry context.

Proficiency in Sales, Marketing, and related technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Ecom, s CRM, CPQ).

Success in developing valuable, integrated roadmaps that benefit the Business.

Strong understanding of performance measures and metrics management, with a focus on productivity improvement.
