Monitoring & continuous improving on supplier's quality performance Top Offender improvement Analyzing quality problems and provide technical solutions.

Define preventive quality measures and application of quality measures at Suppliers Task Force lead, coordination and leading team, regular meetings, OPL tracking Support in challenging projects with technical expertise Qualifications University degree in mechanical-electronic area or related field.

More than 5 years working experiences within technical / manufacturing environment preferable in Automotive Industry.

manufacture process, Quality tools (8 D Method, 5x Why, Ishikawa, Problem Solving, Design and PFMEA., 14 Q Basics, 1st and 2nd party process audit experience with potential further development to certified VDA volume Lead Process Auditor.

Process competence, basic lean & 6 Sigma knowledge preferred, material and process knowledge are Key Competence on digitalization: Experience on digital tools/platforms for data collection, analysis, and visualization Experience in areas such as digital transformation, digital marketing, e-commerce, or digital product development , EV related will be highly valued.

Good language skills in English (writing, speaking, negotiation), further languages skills are welcome.
