Responsibilities: According to technical manual, monitor and implement the installation, testing and change of the plant infrastructure and utility equipment.

Be responsible for the maintenance and management and improvement of the utility system.

Be responsible for the maintenance and management of the infrastructure equipment（BMS、Utility、Boiler）.

Establish, maintain and update infrastructure and utility equipment related documentation.

Participant in energy consumption saving project for infrastructure and utility system.

Participant in RCA for infrastructure and utility system related fault and incident.

Ensure stable operation of fire protection system and facilities.

Implement and maintain work instructions, procedures and processes.

Understand the 5 S + S related knowledge, to comply with the requirements of the company 5 S + S.

Keep good housekeeping for area of responsibility.

Qualifications: Technical school or above with a major in mechanical, plumbing, HVAC or electrical technician and other relative subject.

At least 3-5 years working experience on electrical and instrument maintenance, experience in the petroleum or chemical industry is preferred.

It has boiler operation certificate, water treatment management certificate high and low voltage electrical operation certificate.

Good PC skills.

Ability multi-task and work under pressure.

Self-motivated, enthusiastic with a positive attitude and have a good sense of teamwork.

Customer focused attitude.

Basic English – oral and written.
