Job Description This is a remote position.

The QC executive will manage quality systems, processes and procedures to assure product safety and quality by driving business alignment to conduct industry requirements and business objectives by managing quality system design, controls and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities: Establish quality standards and procedures, define product parameters and criteria to ensure supplier capability canis effective to meet product and process requirements Support new product launches to ensure that supplier quality meets the required standards and Support product manager to review, evaluate and approve product specification, packaging, labelling etc.  Review the inspection reports, provide technical support for failed/pending inspections as needed.

Evaluateion on the supplier's quality consistency and stability of the products by monitoring the inspection pass rate.

Evaluation on the consumercustomer quality complaints in the destination markets.

Investigate, analyze and resolve supplier quality problems by using statistical and analytical methods to identify root causes, provide solutions, carry out corrective action plans with manufacturers.

Supplier risk assessment and control.

Conduct and coordinate supplier quality assessments, track progress and drive continuous improvements to mitigate risks.

Benefits Demonstrated experience in daily consumer goods industry, mum & baby products, textile is a plus Familiar with compliance requirements of global markets (BS, EN, DIN, ASTM, BIFMA) and Quality standard (CE, UL, Ro HS, REACH, LVD, ERP, CARB, EMC etc.) Ability to collaborate with internal partners and external suppliers to effectively and efficiently resolve issues 10+ years of experience in Quality assurance/Quality controls & Factory audits Highly motivated and independent Able to work with minimal supervision and thrives in fast paced environments Requirements Job requirements: 5+ years of e Commerce experience, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience with the Amazon marketplace platform (Seller Central) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of organization, and impeccable attention to detail Ability to handle aggressive deadlines and prioritize work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment with fire drills coming up on a near-daily basis A highly analytical self-starter who can manage multiple projects and figure out complex problems without a lot of oversight Demonstrated ability to come up with creative ideas, and think outside the box Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, with a track record of driving revenue and profitability.

Strong leadership skills, with experience guiding and mentoring teams.

Proficient in inventory management, forecasting, and logistics.

In-depth knowledge of PPC strategies and Amazon listing optimization.
