Who are we looking for? We now have an opportunity for Senior Analytical Engineer to join our GDAC team.

The candidate must rely on teamwork, could leverage his/her unique strengths for the best interest of the team, meanwhile; acknowledge and integrate his/her shortcomings with strengths of others.

What will you be doing? Support with in-depth performance failure analysis to business teams using microscopic techniques around regions in Asia.

Participate in projects in collaboration with Global R& D for the novel products /processes development.

Acquire high quality microscopic images of the defects leading to board failure by operating SEM.

Establish a cause-and-effect link for the common performance failures for an easy consequent investigation of the failure mechanism.

Complete failure analysis summary in the form of the professional reports, subject to the further interactions within and outside the organization.

Support both internal and external customers with basic trainings over topics related to the above responsibilities.

Who are You? Bachelor’s degree (Chemistry and Chemical Engineering or related fields).

5+ years of lab experience preferably in the plating shops.

English, in both written and spoken, good enough in expressing ideas independently.

Excellent knowledge of office-related software.
