Job Description: A Electronics Component Material Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing engineering projects, ensuring the quality and efficiency of production processes, and leading a team of engineers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage metal engineering projects from conception to completion: material & treatment selection, technical audit, failure analysis.....

Conduct research and development to improve properties and drive cost down.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.

Analyze and solve complex engineering problems related to electronics component material properties and production.

Prepare and present technical reports and documentation.

资格 Job Requirements: Have more than 3 years of working experience in semiconductor devices.

Bachelor's degree or above in microelectronics, electronic information, physics, materials or related fields.

Understand the content and process of DPA (Destructive Physical Analysis) for power semiconductors.

Candidates with direct analysis experience are preferred.

Be familiar with at least one of the following: semiconductor wafer fabrication, packaging, and reliability analysis.
