: Consistently accept good product and reject defective products to ensure flawless quality.

Follow the inspection instructions strictly and provide accurate, complete descriptions of defective and rejection reports.

Make and keep accurate and complete records to determine product quality.

Communicate with supervisors and production lines for any product quality concerns and successfully implement solutions.

Identify quality problems and trace them back to the production process to ensure continuous improvement.

Supervise and audit any nonconformance to Work Instructions (WI) and Skill Metrics.

Handle customer complaints and maintain complete records to ensure customer satisfaction.

Receive and send customer complaint parts and operate within the SAP system.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: College diploma; engineering-related background is preferable.3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Practical experience in measuring and inspection; familiarity with gauges and tools.

Proficient verbal and written English skills.

Internal auditor 9001 & 13485 certification preferred.
