Your Qualifications 机械制造、机械工程、车辆工程等相关专业本科及以上学历。
熟悉汽车齿轮/轴类零件加工工艺，如滚齿、车齿，磨齿，珩齿等。
8年以上机加工行业工作经验，其中至少5年以上新能源车齿轴生产管理或技术经验。
熟悉IATF 16949质量管理体系，具备良率提升和成本控制实战经验。
能独立负责产线规划、产能爬坡及精益生产（Lean/TPS）落地，团队规模管理经验≥50人。
有新能源车企或轴齿供应商合作经验者优先。
英语熟练（部分项目需对接外籍专家或国际客户）
抗压能力强，能适应新能源行业快速迭代节奏。
