Quarterly planning governance activities Monitoring KPPAP activities related to CRs / purple projects: Ongoing CR status and manage roadblocks -> Coming 12-month activity forecast and SQM ownership capacity planning -> Maintaining a visibility / Dashboard.
Define actions plan to mitigate risks and remove roadblocks: such as resource capacity planning, KPPAP “showstoppers” to CR milestones.
Make sure that KPPAP level is defined per each case.
Reminder: KPPAP level defined the workload needed per KPPAPAs KPPAP process responsible, ensure that KPPAP needed activities follows process in efficient and effectiveness manner.
Promoting KPPAP activities upstream, before product audit or FAI: Design reviews, specification alignments, Joined Supplier FMEAs.
