Responsibilities Leading the APQP process for components.

Coaching of suppliers to ensure that APQP and PPAP-requirements and documentation objectives are achieved.

Coordination of quality planning conducted by the supplier and proof of quality for the purchased part with the overall project.

Monitoring and initiation of corrective actions relating to product quality / quality planning of suppliers.

Initiation of corrective actions and escalation where required.

Leading components/supplier APQP/PPAP status tracking for dedicate project.

Coordination of pre-analysis and deep analysis for complaints in manufacture plant.

Participation in technical review.

Conducting supplier visits (aim: planning and improving quality) and on-site acceptance inspections, e.g.

Run@Rate (aim: robust processes).

Assisting with the acceptance inspection of prototypes and PPAP sampling operations, incl.

decision on use.

Qualifications Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering or related.

5+ years supplier quality management experience in Controller and motor related products in Auto industry, familiar with related manufacturing technology and process.

Good knowledge of Supplier quality management system, tools, international standards and customer quality requirements (e.g., IATF16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8 D, VDA and etc.) Good problem-solving skills, able to apply effective problem-solving methodology, including 8 D/3x5 WHY and other critical tools.

Good process improvement knowledge and skills (continuous improvement, lean knowledge, 6δ, etc.).

Good communication and coordination skills.

Strong personality and capable to work under pressure.

Proficient in English.

Good PC application skills (MS office).

Highest business ethics and conduct.

Work Location: Taicang Plant III SQE office and Shanghai Anting HQ, depends on daily work demand.

Travel rate: over 60% of work time.
