Job Description- Conduct motor design changes including mechanical and electro-magnetic changes- Release of locally sourced motor components together with purchasing and motor supplier- Test planning and monitoring for release of motor as part of the overall braking system- Evaluation and documentation of test results- Technical support for final assembly in production line- Cooperation with other divisions in Germany, USA and Japan Qualifications- Master degree of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering- 2-5 years related working experience in DC/EC motor of actuation system- Solid engineering background in DC/EC motor design and validation experience- Capability of adapting Design FMEA- Basic braking system knowhow and DC/EC motor control logic- Experience of development of local motor supplier- Fluent in English, and good communication skills- Basic project management knowledge
