Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Test and Special Measurement Expert to join our team in the RBCD/PJ-EPE Department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing experiments and measurement methods based on requirements analysis, developing testing and measurement processes and standards, and executing strain and stress measurement schemes.

Key Responsibilities: Design Experiments and Measurement Methods: Based on requirements analysis, design experiments and measurement methods to validate the performance and reliability of electric drive e Axles and motors.

Develop Testing and Measurement Processes and Standards: Develop and maintain testing and measurement processes and standards for electric drive e Axles and motors, including: Performance testing (, efficiency, power output, torque)Reliability testing (, endurance, vibration, environmental)Safety testing (, electrical safety, thermal safety)Strain and Stress Measurement Scheme Design and Execution: Design and execute strain and stress measurement schemes to validate the structural integrity of electric drive e Axles and motors, including: Strain gauge installation and data acquisition Stress analysis and simulation Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze test data and provide recommendations for design improvements and optimization.

Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (, design, manufacturing, quality) to ensure that testing and measurement activities align with project goals and timelines.

Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, standards, and regulations related to electric drive e Axle and motor testing.

Qualifications Requirements: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in test and measurement engineering, preferably in the automotive or aerospace industry.

Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including electric motors, power electronics, and control systems.

Experience with data acquisition systems, instrumentation, and testing software (, Lab VIEW, MATLAB).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.
