Description 岗位职责:1、所负责的KA系统年度计划策略&KPI目标及生意达成,包括JBP/Operation/Gt N,Own TS,驱动生意增长;2、参与KA客户的联合管理,包括JBP框架/分销机会/价格指引/季度联合拜访,客户CBP生意计划制定(包含品类管理及促销),推动落地执行及回顾;4、驱动亿滋品类管理在客户的实现,包括新品上市、夯实销售基本面、完善POS数据分析等;通过对生意的洞察、从品类管理(选品,分销、陈列)的角度卖进给客户,推动基础工作的落地和执行;5、客户GTN管理落实完善:投资的有效性分析,费用追踪和优化,解决核销中的关键问题;6、指导区域一线销售客户管理,给与策略和谈判指引,支持针对区域销售市场发展中出现的问题,给与应对和解决。岗位要求:1、3年以上快消行业MT渠道相关经验,具有NKA和RKA客户及团队管理经验者优先;或2年左右快消行业销售管理培训生背景2、商业洞察和业务增长意识,能敏锐的洞察生意机会,制定有效的卖进策略3、谈判能力,能从不同维度结合客户需求实施谈判策略,从而影响客户和帮助客户解决问题,推动合作4、沟通能力和影响力,能与区域销售良好沟通协调,对其实施强有力的影响5、数据分析能力6、结果导向、勇于面对挑战与变革,创新精神,有良好的抗压能力More about this role What you need to know about this position: What extra ingredients you will bring: Education / Certifications: Job specific requirements: Travel requirements: Work schedule: No Relocation support available Business Unit Summary Mondelēz International entered the China market in 1984.
