PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Leading whole PE team to support mass production manufacturing process continuously improvement, maintenance ,innovation, technician coaching, capability growth for future business growth preparation,
Heavily involved and in charge of in NPI process introduction(Sample making, trial run) and continuously improvement.
To building up and strengthen PE team capability and mindset.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.
PE supervisor role is to leading whole PE team to cover all connector, cable assembly, harness &CNC machining area process engineering support.
2.
Manage whole PE team working arrangement to support NPI introduction(sample making, trial run qualification) such as feasibility study,DFM, quotation,C/T, PFC, PFMEA, WI , Cpk,jig design and purchase request ,automation solution evaluation, on line training… etc
3.
Manage whole PE team working assignment to support Mass production process maintenance,such as daily line issue handling,yield loss improvement,jig problem,MFG process issue, efficiency bottleneck improvement,WI modification, SAP routine change, delivery improvement, Customer QN issue problem solving,cost down projects leading etc…
4.
To manageprocess Technician tosupportall products package and labeling spec and WI define, SAP data, test plan, and issue handling ,also to support all WI generation.
5.
ECN implemented to production lines in time to update related documents, such as C/T, WI,jig, PFMEA…etc
6.
Leading whole PE team to create saving achievementsthrough improvement projects or JDI actions for cost down, such as BOM scrap, C/T, OEE, yield, etc…
7.
Leading team to support QMS( ISO, IATF, RBA…) implementation andaudit improvements
8.
Make sure plant MFG process meet guidelines of EHS requirements
9.
Define and lead Capex investment feasibility evaluation : such as automation feasibility study, new process and new technology introduction under global standard DMF and PAR analysis together with FIN and PM…
10.
PE team members capabilities building up plan and qualification to match business needs
11.
Support MOS& digitalization implementation to make better and more contribution for company
12.
Positively Willing to take accountability and result driven. Good team work spirit. With respect, contribution motivation and mutual benefit
13.
Others: support PM PD, QA, MFG, MAT, EHS… as needed, tasks assigned by supervisor.

EDUCATION:
REQUIRED:
BS in an engineering discipline
PREFERRED:
MS in an engineering discipline most applicable to the processes assigned
WORK EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED:
5+ years MFG process engineering experiencein which 3+ years management role.
PREFERRED:
10+ years experience in the similar processes, in which 3+ years management role.
