Effective: Design holistic tactic plan to drive strategy landing and oversee execution effectiveness. Impactful: Be articulate in driving cross team towards aligned goal and shared accountability; proactively engage with regional/global marketing. Ops efficiency: Assist MKT lead on BU operation effectiveness improvement, RX sales capability building, talent development and process simplification. Bachelor degree or above, background in medical, pharmaceutical, life science or MBA is preferred. Minimal 5 years of marketing experience in multinational companies, sales management experience is plus. Solid marketing capability (incl.
excellent market acumen, holistic one picture thinking, agility) with previous experience to own a brand strategy & P&L. Strong customer focus, diligent and have an extremely strong drive to succeed. Fluency in the English.
