职位描述:
1.统筹渠道预算分配,以便达成业务目标,人群目标;
2.分析渠道绩效表现,根据不同的目标用户来调整渠道预算分配,并指导渠道人群定向策略,提升整体流量效率;
3.参与用户增长的渠道运营,对主流流量渠道有一定的了解,指导投放、优化的关键环节,譬如着陆页、广告内容、feeds等;
4.与产品技术团队一起改进效果监控系统,追踪渠道效率;
5.与周边团队紧密配合,有整体营销观,为平台带来更大价值。 Job Requirements Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
岗位要求:
1.对流量、广告平台的玩法有一定的认知;
2.数据分析能力强,有较好的逻辑思维,乐于深度思考;
3.沟通组织协调能力强,有团队管理经验,或者跨团队的项目管理经验,
4.英文流利,能与海外团队进行跨文化工作;
Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):
岗位要求:
1、数据分析能写SQL;
2、对海外电商业务有较高的热情,熟悉东南亚文化者优先。
