Description Location: Beijing/Shanghai Business Development Specialist is a vital part of Service Solution Sales Organization that aims to grow and prosper.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with sales and global teams to sharp customer insights and align strategies.
Work with SU to develop localized service portfolio for market competitiveness.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win more connections.
Ensure alignment between sales initiatives and CSO delivery capabilities and differentiation.
Deep dive data to uncover insights and support Sales team to drive service business growth.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Build partnership and explore business opportunities through industry events.
Key skills and competencies: Strong analytical skills for market research and data analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles.
Proven track record in growth and target achievement.
Strong project management skills.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or other scientific related field, Master's Degree in Marketing or MBA highly preferred.8+ years of relevant experience in chemical analysis, marketing, or sales.
