Main tasks and responsibilities Assist and support the Logistic Supervisor & Executive in carrying out the administrative works, preparation of shipping documents and liaise with forwarders, suppliers and customers on the followings: Coordinate with all customer relationship representative on shipment requirements. Manage the import & export documentation for all shipment in/out of Au/Nz. Coordinate with Supply & Demand Planning on FG importation issue and follow up on Track and record incoming and outgoing of FG and highlight any discrepancies. Additional duties as assigned by management from time to time. Competencies required Customer service oriented with positive service mindset Strong communication skills, proactive, collaborative and consensus driven Strong analytical skills, capable to analyse large datasets Can work in a cooperative, collegial environment across numerous business disciplines and diverse needs of various business units Proficient in English Professional experience Min Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent 2 years - 5 years working experience in Shipping/Distribution environment Experience managing 3rd Party Logistic and exposure to all shipping documentations preparation. LC negotiation experience is a plus Good language knowledge: English and at least 1 other language
