Area Sea Logistics LCL Development Manager other, Shanghai, China | Frachttransport und Kundenservice | CN2169968 You will be part of our Sea Logistics team, adding your leadership expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer + Operational Excellence.

Your Role Your primary objective will be to drive less than container load (LCL) development in area by focusing on our marketing strategy, digital sales development, request for quote (RFQ) management + strategic SME approach with focus on gaining + retaining customers.

You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.

You Responsibilities To work closely with both BU and FU sales organizations to develop pipelines for LCL business.

To identify gaps in LCL knowledge through the Area + pro-actively push/support improvement via trainings, marketing campaigns + general presentations.

To promote LCL new + existing products internally + externally through marketing initiatives.

To provide support during sales calls + create customer-specific value propositions.

To develop + implement sales strategies to pursue SME development in the Area, while also supporting pipeline management.

To create a clear Area development and pricing strategy for tender and spot businesses, along with pricing support to close business when needed, in concordance with pricing manager.

To provide up-to-date market + pricing information to stakeholders, setting pricing bands in line with local conditions + yield targets.

To drive the development of my KN Quote + Book in alignment with the global team.

To provide all necessary tools to sales stakeholders ensuring the LCL value proposition is delivered to customer.

To lead all requests for tender/proposal documents in relation to LCL businesses in your Area.
