Description Analyze industry dynamics, policy implications, competitive intelligence, internal & external data, customer, to identify opportunities that add value to the business, and to design corresponding strategy and action plan Being KA focal point with assigned portfolio and/or brands and support the team in cross-functional collaboration topics Monitor related performance data to pre-warn potential risks of operation, define problem solving tactics Obtaining strategic alignment from internal and external key stakeholders around new initiatives, effectively drive project sponsorship and gain support & resources Oversee, track & continuously improve the effectiveness of project implementation Bachelor degree and above, medicine/pharma background preferred 8 years' experience in leading pharma MNC; Marketing and/or strategic planning role preferred Experienced in various product life cycle would be a plus Strategic thinking, problem solving, business acumen, open-minded and customer centered Strong ownership, accountability, resilience
